Flip Up Transition Inspiration

Below is a video from the YouTube Creator Casey Neistat, this is one of his early video displaying a really interesting transition that combines filming/camera action as well as a slight edit.

I want to replicate this camera movement for transition within our music because of the combination of two different skills form the teams editor and camera man.

The transition is done by flipping the camera upwards/downwards/sideways really fast, whipping it into place creating motion blur of the image then stopping to capture the image and then whipping/spinning out again. This blurred image can then be cut (in the edit) half way and spliced into line with a new clip half way into there (beginning) spin transition. This creates a pretty seamless transition into a new clip of video, rather than just cutting to the new visual you as a viewer are transported there through a movement of blurred goodness.
